Sessions are available Monday through Friday with at least three days' advance notice.

Pay online when booking, or reserve your date without entering credit card information. Firm checks are welcome.

Dates or times that DO NOT APPEAR are UNAVAILABLE or ALREADY BOOKED. Select an available session below to book your mediation.

Two-Hour Mediation

$450.00

The listed fee is charged per party. All parties represented by a single lawyer are considered one party for purposes of the mediation fee.

Half-Day Mediation — Personal Lines

$850.00

Choose a morning or afternoon half-day mediation session. The listed fee is charged per party.

Half-Day Mediation — Commercial Lines

$1,000.00

Choose a morning or afternoon half-day mediation session. The listed fee is charged per party.

Full-Day Mediation — Personal Lines

$1,700.00

Reserve a full-day mediation session. The listed fee is charged per party.

Full-Day Mediation — Commercial Lines

$2,000.00

Reserve a full-day mediation session. The listed fee is charged per party.

Before Booking Your Mediation

Fees are charged per party. Payment is optional at booking; reserving a date without payment does not waive the mediation fee. At the bottom of the booking form, click Continue to Payment to pay online, or Reserve Without Paying to schedule now and pay later. No card details are needed to reserve without paying.

Your confirmation email includes payment instructions. Party B receives a separate invoice at the billing email entered on the scheduling form. Each party is responsible for its own share. To pay by firm check, book your mediation normally and contact hugh@texmediator.com for check delivery instructions. You do not need to contact us before reserving your date.

All cancellations and postponements must be submitted in writing.
